15.2-3240 - Transfer of registration records.

§ 15.2-3240. Transfer of registration records.

Upon entry of the court order under § 15.2-3238, the registration records ofvoters residing within the territory shall be transferred, and theappropriate notice given, in accordance with § 24.2-114.
