§ 15.2-2658. Bonds invalidated only for substantial defects, etc.; matters ofform disregarded.
No court in which a proceeding to invalidate or sustain bonds is broughtshall invalidate the bonds unless it finds substantial defects, materialerrors, and omissions in the bond issue. Matters of form shall be disregarded.
