15.2-1636.3 - Real estate transfer and license fees in counties.

§ 15.2-1636.3. Real estate transfer and license fees in counties.

The treasurers of the several counties shall hereafter collect the licensefees and any other fees of the county commissioners of the revenue and shallpay the county fees into the county treasury and the state fees into thestate treasury.
