15.2-1636.10 - Appeals from certain decisions affecting expenses, etc., of circuit court clerks.

§ 15.2-1636.10. Appeals from certain decisions affecting expenses, etc., ofcircuit court clerks.

Any clerk of a circuit court shall have a right to appeal from the annualbudget decision of the Board under this article affecting the expenses orallowances of the clerk, or the salary and number of clerk's deputies. Inaddition, any county or city affected by such decision or the AttorneyGeneral as representative of the Commonwealth shall have the right to appealfrom the decision. Such appeals shall be taken and heard as provided in §15.2-1636.9.
