§ 15.2-1533. Bond plan to be forwarded to clerk and Comptroller.

The state Department of the Treasury, Division of Risk Management shallforward to the clerk of the circuit court for each county and city and theComptroller of the Commonwealth a copy of the plan promulgated pursuant tosubsection B of § 2.2-1840.
