§ 15.2-1101. Exercise of powers outside boundaries.
If a municipal corporation seeks to exercise the powers set forth in thisarticle outside its boundaries, such powers shall, except as to existingnonconforming use, be subject to the zoning regulations of the locality inwhich the power is sought to be exercised, provided that, except as toexisting nonconforming uses, such locality also observes the zoningregulations of the municipality as to any of such locality's property locatedwithin the corporate limits.
