13.1-344 - Existing associations continued.

§ 13.1-344. Existing associations continued.

All associations organized under or that have adopted the provisions ofChapter 15, Title 13, as heretofore amended, which are in existence at thedate of the enactment of this Act, shall continue in existence subject to theterms of this Act.
