13.1-1001 - Reservation of power to amend or repeal.

§ 13.1-1001. Reservation of power to amend or repeal.

The General Assembly shall have the power to amend or repeal all or part ofthis chapter at any time and all domestic and foreign limited liabilitycompanies subject to this chapter shall be governed by the amendment orrepeal.
