12.1-35 - Judgments to be in favor of Commonwealth.

§ 12.1-35. Judgments to be in favor of Commonwealth.

All judgments of the Commission shall be entered in favor of the Commonwealthand when collected shall be paid by the clerk of the Commission into thetreasury of Virginia.
