12.1-26 - Public sessions.

§ 12.1-26. Public sessions.

The sessions of the Commission for the hearing of any complaint, proceeding,contest, or controversy instituted or pending before it, whether of its ownmotion or otherwise, shall be public, and its findings, decisions, andjudgments shall be made public forthwith.
