12.1-11 - Oath; failure to qualify.

§ 12.1-11. Oath; failure to qualify.

Any person elected or appointed to be a member of the Commission shallqualify by taking and subscribing the oath required by Article II, Section 7of the Constitution of Virginia. If any member shall fail to so qualifywithin thirty days after the commencement of his term of office, such officeshall become vacant.
