§ 11-34. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Certain cards excepted fromchapter.

Except as set forth in § 11-33.1, the provisions of this chapter shall notapply to any credit card issued by any telephone company that is subject tosupervision or regulation by the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
