10.1-711 - Local erosion advisory commissions.

§ 10.1-711. Local erosion advisory commissions.

In order to qualify for the program, localities shall establish local erosionadvisory commissions which shall determine local erosion problems, review thelocality's erosion control projects, suggest strategies for the future, andassess program implementation.
