10.1-630 - Type of indebtedness incurred or bonds issued.

§ 10.1-630. Type of indebtedness incurred or bonds issued.

The type of indebtedness incurred or bonds issued shall be that adopted bythe governing body of the watershed improvement district and approved by theVirginia Soil and Water Conservation Board.
