10.1-559 - Petitions limited to once in five years.

§ 10.1-559. Petitions limited to once in five years.

The Board shall not entertain petitions for the discontinuance of anydistrict, conduct elections upon such petitions or make determinationspursuant to such petitions more often than once in five years.
