10.1-545 - Construction, improvement, operation and maintenance of structures.

§ 10.1-545. Construction, improvement, operation and maintenance ofstructures.

Districts are authorized to construct, improve, operate and maintain suchstructures as may be necessary or convenient for the performance of any ofthe operations authorized in this chapter.
