10.1-1802 - Annual report.

§ 10.1-1802. Annual report.

The Foundation shall submit an annual report to the Governor and GeneralAssembly on or before November 1 of each year. The report shall contain, at aminimum, the annual financial statements of the Foundation for the yearending the preceding June 30.
