§ 10.1-1605. Issuance and sale of bonds.
The bonds may be issued in coupon or in registered form, or both, as theAuthority may determine, and provision may be made for the registration ofany coupon bonds as to principal alone and also as to both principal andinterest, for the reconversion into coupon bonds of any bonds registered asto both principal and interest, and for the interchange of registered andcoupon bonds. The Authority may sell such bonds in the manner, either atpublic or private sale, and for the price, that it determines will besteffect the purposes of this chapter. Bonds may be issued under the provisionsof this chapter without obtaining the consent of any commission, board oragency of the Commonwealth or of any political subdivision, and without anyother proceedings or conditions other than those which are specificallyrequired by this chapter.
