10.1-1504 - Board to enforce Compact; penalty.

§ 10.1-1504. Board to enforce Compact; penalty.

The Virginia Waste Management Board is authorized to enforce the provisionsof this chapter. Any person not an official of another party state to theCompact who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to acivil penalty of not more than $25,000 per day for each violation.
