10.1-1320.1 - Duty of attorney for the Commonwealth.

§ 10.1-1320.1. Duty of attorney for the Commonwealth.

It shall be the duty of every attorney for the Commonwealth to whom theDirector or his authorized representative has reported any violation of thischapter or any regulation or order of the Board, to cause proceedings to beprosecuted without delay for the fines and penalties in such cases.
