10.1-101 - Department continued; appointment of Director.

§ 10.1-101. Department continued; appointment of Director.

The Department of Conservation and Historic Resources is continued as theDepartment of Conservation and Recreation. The Department shall be headed bya Director appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure for a termcoincident with his own.
