§ 467. Accounts with county clerks

The commissioner of finance and management shall issue his or her warrant in favor of each county clerk when such clerk requires money for election or court expenses, and the state treasurer shall charge the same to the clerk. The clerk shall be credited for moneys properly disbursed by him or her, and the balance shall be paid by the clerk into the treasury. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 8; 1983, No. 195 (Adj.
