§ 364. Release pending hearing
Pending a hearing upon any charge of violation, the parole board may authorize the offender's release from detention in accordance with the procedures set forth in section 7554 of Title 13. For the purposes of this section, a judicial officer as defined in subsection 7554(f) of Title 13 shall mean the chair of the parole board or designee. (Added 1989, No. 291 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
