§ 2073. Rules
The board may adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of the provisions of this subchapter. All rules adopted under this subchapter shall conform to wholesale drug distributor licensing guidelines formally adopted by the Federal Drug Administration at 21 C.F.R. Part 205.
