§ 69. Husband's liability for debts or torts of wife
A married man shall not be liable for a debt contracted by his wife before marriage, nor for the torts of his wife unless committed by his authority or direction. (Amended 2009, No. 3, § 12a, eff. Sept. 1, 2009.)
