§ 151. Opening and adjournment by judge or sheriff
One justice of the supreme court or one judge of the superior court, in the absence of the others, may open and adjourn their respective courts, until a quorum convenes. If no justice or judge of the court is present, the sheriff or clerk may open and adjourn the court from day to day, until one of the justices or judges is present. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj.
