76-10-1106. Duty of prosecuting attorney or law enforcement officer to prosecuteoffenses.
All prosecuting attorneys, sheriffs, constables, and peace officers who have reasonablecause to believe any person has violated any provisions of this part shall diligently prosecute thosepersons.
