63G-6-802. Effect of timely protest.
In the event of a timely protest under Subsection 63G-6-801(1), 63G-6-810(1), or63G-6-815(1), the state shall not proceed further with the solicitation or with the award of thecontract until all administrative and judicial remedies have been exhausted or until the chiefprocurement officer, after consultation with the head of the using agency or the head of apurchasing agency, makes a written determination that the award of the contract without delay isnecessary to protect substantial interests of the state.
