9-9-101. State funding board.
(a) The state funding board shall be composed of the governor who shall be the ex officio chair, the state treasurer, the secretary of state, the commissioner of finance and administration and the comptroller of the treasury. The comptroller shall be the ex officio secretary of the board. The board has the power to prescribe its rules and regulations and govern its meetings and procedures as it may deem advisable. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum and the concurring vote of three (3) members of the board shall be required for matters coming before it for determination. Written minutes covering all meetings and actions of the board shall be prepared by the secretary and shall be kept on file, open to public inspection, and the minutes and all other records of the board shall be kept in the office of the comptroller of the treasury.
(b) References to the state sinking fund board or the board for the liquidation of the state debt, appearing elsewhere in this code, are deemed references to the state funding board.
(c) All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the provisions of the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
