8-30-319. Service ratings.

In accordance with appointing authorities, the commissioner may establish, and from time to time amend, a system of service ratings for each class of positions in the career service or for groups of classes. In such manner and at such time as the rules may require, each appointing authority shall report to the commissioner the service ratings of employees in the division, or such information as the commissioner may request as a basis for determining such service ratings.
