71-5-1610. Authority of the committee.

Notwithstanding title 3, chapter 15, part 5, the select committee on TennCare shall no longer have authority for oversight of long-term care in the TennCare program and all such oversight authority shall be vested in the select oversight committee on long-term care, created by this part.
