7-82-106. Prohibition of racial discrimination.

(a)  It is unlawful for any utility district organized under the provisions of this chapter, the Utility District Law of 1937, or under the provisions of any other public or private act, to discriminate on account of race in providing utility services or in laying out the services that they are to provide.

(b)  A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
