68-211-115. Injunctions restraining violations.
In addition to the penalties herein provided, the commissioner may cause the enforcement of any orders, rules or regulations issued by such commissioner or orders issued by the board to carry out the provisions of this part by instituting legal proceedings to enjoin the violation of the provisions of this part, and the orders, rules or regulations of the commissioner or orders of the board in any court of competent jurisdiction, and such court may grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining the violation thereof. The district attorney general in whose jurisdiction a violation of this part occurs or the attorney general and reporter shall institute and prosecute such suits when necessity therefor has been shown by those herein clothed with the power of investigation.
