68-120-507. State's share of cost Funding.
(a) The state's share of the cost pursuant to the Tennessee Constitution, art. II, § 24, for any increased expenditure required by a county or municipality by the provisions of this part shall be provided from the increase in unallocated tax revenue of state-shared taxes enumerated in § 9-4-5301.
(b) The provisions of this part shall be implemented from funds available to the executive branch.
