67-4-716 - Applicability of parts of chapter 1 of this title.

67-4-716. Applicability of parts of chapter 1 of this title.

Chapter 1, parts 8, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18 of this title shall apply to all taxes collected and administered by the commissioner under this part.
