65-23-110. Compensation of directors.
The members of the board shall not be entitled to compensation for their services but shall be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses incurred in connection with the performance of their duties, and to an honorarium of not more than six hundred dollars ($600) per year as the governor may decide, payable monthly.
