This part shall be repealed on June 30, 2010, with the exception of the definitions of “health benefits coverage” and “involuntary loss of coverage” in § 56-7-3002, and §§ 56-7-3005(c)(3) and 56-7-3027, which shall be repealed midnight June 30, 2012.
