54-5-701. Markers erected on state highway Misdemeanor to destroy or deface.
Whenever any marker of any nature whatsoever is erected upon the right-of-way of any state highway by any authorized source, it is a Class C misdemeanor for any person to willfully and wantonly destroy or deface the marker.
