54-13-308. Forfeiture for failure to have banisters and handrails.

A ferry operator who, without being relieved pursuant to § 54-13-307, omits to have banisters and handrails, shall forfeit one hundred dollars ($100), one half (½) to the use of the state, the other one half (½) to the informer.
