54-13-303. Transporting to and from by either owner.
Each owner may transport from and to either bank all persons, with their effects, applying for transportation by the ferry, and may land the ferryboat at the place on the opposite bank that is cut and prepared for that purpose, and only at that place, unless prevented by high water or unavoidable accidents.
