54-13-206. Order of legislative body on petition.
(a) At the next session, the county legislative body shall hear and determine upon the application, and fix the term of time for which the right or privilege shall be enjoyed, and the tolls and rate of charges that may be made and taken, so that they are equal and uniform.
(b) When the prayer of the petition is granted, the clerk shall record the petition at length, and the order and decree of the county legislative body made on the petition.
