54-13-104. Ferries and toll bridges are free to specified persons and baggage.
All ferries and toll bridges are free to the electors on the day of the election of members of the general assembly and members of congress, going to or returning from their places of voting, and to all regular soldiers, or militia, their wagons, pack horses, and munitions of war while in service.
