50-3-2019. Local regulations superseded.
This part shall supersede any resolution of a county legislative body or municipal ordinance that is in effect on January 1, 1986, concerning information required to be provided to employees or the public by this part, and no resolution or ordinance shall be enacted after January 1, 1986.
