50-3-2005. Notice of employee rights.
(a) Non-manufacturing employers shall post adequate notice, at locations where notices are normally posted, informing employees about their rights under this part.
(b) In the absence of a notice prepared by the commissioner pursuant to § 50-3-2011(a), a notice prepared by the non-manufacturing employer shall be posted.
