50-3-2004. OSHA-regulated entities exempted Exceptions.
Manufacturing employers and distributors that are regulated by and complying with the OSHA standard shall be exempt from this part except for §§ 50-3-2003, 50-3-2006, 50-3-2008(a), (d) and (e), 50-3-2009(b), 50-3-2010(c) and (e), 50-3-2012 50-3-2014, 50-3-2015(a) and (c), 50-3-2016(a) and 50-3-2017.
