49-7-2603. Examination of report by review board.
Prior to publication of the report describing the findings of the triennial study, a review board consisting of the executive director of the Tennessee higher education commission, a member of the Tennessee higher education commission, an appointee of the governor and the chair and president of the Tennessee independent colleges and universities shall examine the report for internal consistency, validity and objectivity with adoption of the final report subject to the commission's normal review process.
