47-18-209. Violations subject to Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.

A violation of any of the provisions of this part, relative to beauty pageants, or rules promulgated under this part constitutes a violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, compiled in part 1 of this chapter.
