46-6-103. Application for federal grant.
In establishing Tennessee veterans' memorial cemeteries, it is the intention of the general assembly that the state shall apply for a grant from the United States administrator of veterans' affairs pursuant to the provisions of Public Law 95-476, 92 Stat. 1504, and the department of veterans' affairs is authorized to submit the application on behalf of the state.
