13-21-311. Rights and obligations under Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act preserved.

The provisions of this part shall not alter the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants as set forth by the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, compiled in title 66, chapter 28.
