Section 9-45-28 - Apportionment of benefits of special assessment improvements.

9-45-28. Apportionment of benefits of special assessment improvements. In the cases mentioned in §§ 9-45-20 to 9-45-27, inclusive, the benefits shall be apportioned in the manner prescribed by §§ 9-45-29 to 9-45-32, inclusive.
